NTx App Challenge

The inaugural NTx App Challenge awarded $80,000 to five teams of web entrepreneurs who created sustainability apps to address four key municipal growth challenges; water conservation, waste and recycling, smart energy, and transportation. Our app won the transportation vertical. My teammates included Gerard Matthew, Priyanka Sharma, and Harish Upadhyayula.

Final Thoughts

Sometimes its it fun to just get together with your friends and make something. I love working on mobile apps on the side, it provides a way to break away from my typical ux work within the enterprise space and make something delightful.

I had a great time working on this challenge with the team and look forward to more mobile application projects in the future.
